Drake is now 12 weeks old and we are happy to report that her training is going very well!
Our trainer tells us that she has been without accidents in her crate for almost a week and has not been having any crying outbursts. Drake is also becoming much more familiar with her name and is responding surprisingly well to commands.
Drake’s leash no longer intimidates her and she now loves going for walks and will calmly sit next to her trainer’s side on leash when stopped.
This week, she is working on riding in the car as well as socializing with other dogs and people.
Drake will be coming to The Drake Center in two weeks for her first wellness exam. We can’t wait to meet her!
