Hi everybody it's Dr. Michele Drake. I'm here today at the Drake Center with Moki, our famous, very famous house cat. And just here to talk to you today about the Drake Center goings on during COVID. We are open every day, seven days a week. We're here to take care of your dogs and cats and in all of the needs that they may have at this time. Just to let you know my staff is working really hard. We're all under pretty strict guidelines of safety and biosecurity here in the hospital for the safety of the staff for sure but also for you guys and your pets too. So a really safe environment, very closed environment and all the employees are being really good when they're outside of the office too.

The biggest thing is you guys just a reminder it's all about hand washing and not touching your face. So, keep your social distancing, keep your social circle very small and just wash your hands and don't touch your face and we'll keep everybody safe that way. But just wanted to commend my staff for their behavior during all of this, it's been a very professional environment to work in. We have such a great team. Everybody just immediately bonded together, there's been no complaining of any sorts. We're just here to serve and take good care of your pets and I just wanted to thank my staff. The doctors are amazing leaders and all the technicians and the receptions to everyone has just bonded together through this to work as a team to make sure we're here for all of the needs that you guys have to take care of your dogs and cats.
