Love is in the air!

Get a sweet shot of your pet and a help a great cause this Valentine's Day! For a small donation (we suggest $10-$20), you can have your pet professionally photographed and give autistic children in our community a “paw up” at the same time.

Audrey Teno of My Puppy Dog Tales Pet and Family Photography will be on hand at The Drake Center on Sunday, February 10 from 2-4 p.m. to capture your pet’s visit and all proceeds will benefit The Drake Center’s sponsorship of a local autism facility dog through Good Dog! Autism Companions. We hope to see you there!

More about the Good Dog! facility dog:

The Good Dog! facility dog is an autism service dog that lives and works with its autism service provider/handler. The handler is a professional who utilizes the dog to help people with autism meet their goals during school or therapy sessions. Examples of autism service providers include occupational, physical, recreational and speech therapists as well as special education teachers.

The Drake Center is raising funds to purchase and train this service dog and will also provide all the dog’s veterinary care for life.

We cannot wait to welcome this wonderful new addition to our community and The Drake Center family!
