The Drake Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for our patients and exceptional customer service to our clients. During this coronavirus outbreak, The Drake Center will continue to be open and staffed 7 days a week to service your pet’s needs.

The safety and health of our patients, clients, and staff is our top priority and we will continue to utilize our Curbside Service to limit physical contact with other humans until further notice. To allow your visit to The Drake Center to be as efficient as possible, we wanted to offer a couple of tips that will help streamline our Curbside Service process:

  • When arriving at The Drake Center for your pet’s appointment, please TEXT “Arrived” to (760) 753-9393 to notify our staff that you are here. Please wait in your vehicle and one of our veterinary technicians will be there to assist you and retrieve your pet.
  • During your appointment, please keep your cell phone turned on and near you. Our staff will be communicating with you via cell phone and need to be able to reach you.
  • There is currently construction taking place on El Camino Real, please allow an additional 15 minutes of travel time while coming to The Drake Center.
  • We strongly request that all visitors to The Drake Center to remain at home if they are feeling ill or displaying any signs of respiratory illness.
