The New Year is upon us and you know what that means? It's time for our Annual New Year Pet Photo Contest, cause what better way to ring in the New Year than with cute pet photos?
Submit your favorite photo of your pet into our New Year 2022 Pet Photo Contest for the chance to win a lavish gift basket and FREE PET EXAM!

Entering is so easy:
1. Take or choose the best photo of your dog or cat. Make sure it is a relatively high resolution image. (Only one photo per pet please!)
2. Email it to [email protected], with the subject line: New Year 2022 Photo Contest. Please include your pets name, your first and last name, and a contact phone number. All entries must be received by December 20, 2021.
3. Voting will be taking place on The Drake Center's Facebook Page. We will email you a link to your pet's photo when it is available for voting on Facebook on December 22. Share with friends and family to get votes for your fur baby!
First round of voting will take place from December 22th - January 3rd. Winners will be determined based on how many "likes" their photo gets on The Drake Center Facebook Page. The top 4 dogs and top 4 cats with the most "likes" will move on to the Finals Rounds taking place from January 4th - January 7th. The Winners will be announced on January 10, 2022. There will be ONE dog winner and ONE cat winner and they will each win fabulous gift baskets containing a ton of pet goodies and a FREE PET EXAM.
**Rules for participating: All pet parents must live in San Diego area and be able to pick up their prize from our office in Encinitas.

How to Vote for Your Favorite Photo on Facebook Instructions: You can vote for your favorite photos here.
1. Log into Facebook (Note that you will need a Facebook account to participate in voting.)
2. Go to The Drake Center Facebook Page and click on the New Year 2022 Photo Contest Entries Photo Album. The album will go LIVE on December 22th.
3. Click on the photo you would like to vote for
4. Press the "Like" button to vote! Each "Like" or "Love" counts as one vote
5. You can only "like" a photo once, share the photo with family and friends to encourage them to vote for the photo. Please note that when sharing the photo in a post to family/friends, they will need to CLICK on the photo in your post to be taken to the original photo posted on The Drake Center Facebook page. This is where votes are being tracked.
